Vilas moments - A place to keep beautiful memori

As a special way for Vilaser to save memories and feelings with the company, colleagues and customers, Vilas Vietnam officially  started the Vilas Moment Photo contest. This is an opportunity for all members to look back at our growing path when coming to Vilas Vietnam House!

1. Participants:

All staff of Vilas Vietnam IT Joint Stock Company.

2. Contest included: 

• The image shows the moment of the individual / collective vilas that you consider the most beautiful, most impressive. 

• Message: Best wishes/ feelings/ slogan personally or sent to individuals / groups / Vilas Vietnam Company

Note: Don’t use low - quality images or contain graphic content, affecting personally/ collective. Message from 50 - 300 words. 

3. How to participate:

The contest sent to the mailbox: support@vilasvietnam.edu.vn according to the syntax [[KhoanhkhacVilas_Full name of contestant_Department]

Vd: [KhoanhkhacVilas_NguyenThanhLy_Marketing]

All the exams will be numbered, then posted on the Vilas Vietnam Fanpage to open voting.

4. How to score: 

• The contest has the highest number of votes (Like, Share, Comment from Fanpage from the audience, accounting for 60% of the score.

• Step 1: Like Fanpage, like the contest (1 like = 1 point)

• Step 2: Comment the contest (1 comment = 1 point, do not include comments that are spam or contain offensive content)

• Step 3: Share the exams from the Fanpage with the hashtag #khoanhkhacvilas (1 share = 2 points)

• The contest is assessed by the Organizing Committee to account for 40% of the points according to the following criteria:

• Unique, impressive image (10 points)

• Excellent content (10 points)

5. Note 5 important timeline of the contest: 

• Time to receive the test: January 17, 2021

• Voting period: January 23, 2021 - January 28, 2021

• Winner announcement time: January 29, 2021

• Awarding time: YEAR END PARTY night of Vilas Vietnam IT Joint Stock Company

6. Award: 

• First prize : 1,000,000 VND

• Second prize : 600,000 VND

• Third Prize : 400,000 VND
