In any team or organization, solidarity is always an important thing. If orientation and strategy are like the compass of a ship, the spirit of solidarity is the energy so that the ship can go as fast and as far as possible.

That spirit is not only "nurtured" through working hours together, accompanying together in projects and plans, but also "sprout" from activities on the sidelines. Sometimes, it is also an opportunity for the members to clear up misunderstandings, become more understanding and sympathetic.

At Vilas Vietnam, specifically the Marketing team, each member is an important link in the chain full of energy, has talent, knowledge, experience and technical know-how to most effectively complete the job. But sometimes there appears misunderstanding, unnecessary friction. Sometimes the office atmosphere is enough to make people feel claustrophobic, looking for something new.

And so, a trip or rather a cool breeze was blown by the Vilaser on an early autumn day. The trip was less than 24 hours but it took a week to plan, be careful, detailed in everything from food, games to concept and… photo posture.

As expected, the trip is a journey that each member finds with yourself and with the team. You will not be able to find anywhere a team building activity full of spice of adventure, adventure, comedy, horror, especially a bit of romance ... For now, when I remember, all like a film about youth where each member is an irreplaceable main character.
